Schedules of Condition

Schedules of Condition

A well prepared Schedule of Condition will accurately record the condition of a property and site and will limit your liability for repairs and maintenance (depending on the terms of the lease), potentially preventing you from having to return the property to a better condition than it was at the start of the lease.

If you are in the process of agreeing and signing a lease for a commercial property, whether office, industrial or retail, it is essential to have a Schedule of Condition prepared for the property prior to occupation.

By accurately recording the condition of the premises prior to occupation, our Schedule of Conditions can support you in the future, should a dispute about the condition of the property arise when the lease comes to an end.
