Construction Project Health and Safety
Under the Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM2015), a principal designer is required to manage the health and safety and risk management during the pre-construction phase of the project.
As this is typically the ‘designer’ our team has extensive experience of undertaking the role of principal designer and are capable of advising and collating the appropriate information necessary for; planning, managing, monitoring and coordinating the works during the pre-construction phase.
Once the works have progressed to construction, we are then responsible for liaising with the principal contractor in providing information relevant for the planning, management and monitoring of the works during the construction phase.
